In 2023, we won't be hosting a structured fall ball session. Though many athletes have lacrosse as their main sport, participating in other athletic activities can significantly enhance their lacrosse performance, enriching both their technical skills and mental strengths. For those interested in training during the fall, we offer private or small group sessions. Please reach out to info@eastendlacrosseclub.com to arrange a session.
Starting November 9th, we will commence our indoor training sessions. These will be held every Thursday throughout the winter at Sportime Amagansett, gearing up for the 2024 season. SIGN UP HERE
Our girls' squads face off against neighboring towns in Eastern Suffolk County, participating in the Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse league. Games take place every Sunday, commencing in early April and continuing until the first weekend in June.
We are strong proponents of athletes participating in a variety of sports. Typically, there's minimal overlap with softball schedules, and we always strive to accommodate players involved in both sports. Our season starts and wraps up somewhat earlier. Girls' practice sessions are typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, with games set for Sundays.
We cater to young athletes in grades 1st through 6th. Depending on the number of sign-ups, our teams may consist of combined grades. The specific team groupings will be determined once registration is complete.
